    梦多怎么办

    睡觉做梦是一种正常的生理现象，一定程度的做梦有利于提高睡眠质量的。一般只要不是过于恐怖、血腥、焦虑、紧张的梦，第二天起床后仍然感到精力充沛，不需要过多在意。如果夜间作梦次数较多，晨起后感觉疲劳、情绪低落，需要调整生活习惯。

    首先养成良好的作息习惯，睡前思想放松，放下工作压力和不良情绪，睡前饱食，不饮用咖啡、浓茶，睡前可以用热水泡脚放松肌肉，卧室光线温和、温度适中，都可以提高睡眠质量。如果噩梦多，夜间出现大喊大叫，惊恐感，并对生活和工作造成严重影响，则需要精神科就诊治疗。
