在玩家进行干员的招募时如果抽到了重复的高星干员就会给予玩家高级凭证。四、五、六星的重复干员分别对应的高级凭证数是一个、五个和十个。

每周会推出的剿灭作战也可能能够让玩家获得一定的高级凭证，但这些应该都远远不能满足玩家的需求。

实际上在低星干员满潜能之后再招募到重复的也能够获得少量的高级凭证，虽然单次的量少，但是胜在低星干员获取容易，次数可以很多。这也算是人事部和二星卡的独特妙用了。
